What makes you different?
3
What sets us apart is the multi-modal approach that looks at diagnoses like OCD, substance use, self-harm, etc. as ways many neurodivergent folks have found to cope with the challenges of living in a world that was not made with them in mind. We prioritize building understanding and compassion for one’s own identity, assisting partners and family members in learning how to better support their loved ones, and ensure that therapy truly meets the individual where they are.
Do you take insurance?
4
Yes! Our focus has been accepting insurance plans that are local and/or found on the marketplace as many healthcare providers are moving away from accepting these plans. Presently, we accept commercial, employee, and marketplace plans from Ambetter, Baylor Scott and White, Curative, Moda, UHC, and two employee assistance plans (Lyra and AllOne Health).
Is your space sensory friendly?
To the best of our ability, within the limitations of office space, we try our best to accommodate sensory needs. This includes being able to adjust lighting and having open seating to accommodate need for movement. We do not require individuals to make or sustain eye contact throughout a therapy session. We also encourage use of sensory aids and artistic expression during session to keep your hands busy. We believe that feeling safe to engage in the therapeutic process includes feeling safe and comfortable in the therapy space.
